Flooding Fun!

So yesterday I go outside to get the mail and opened the door to this! Apparently someone hit a main water line and flooded our street. Our water was off for about 6 hours, and our street has a huge hole it in. Our street has been somewhat closed for two days as they make their attempt to repair it. We sat outside on the porch for a long time watching the "dig-digs" work to clean this up. Just thought we'd share some pictures!

I think the problem is resolved, other than the hole in our street. We've had workers and "dig-digs" working to repair the road. It's been fun and adventurous watching all of this.

Happy Father's Day

It was hard for me to think of a way to fully show Daddy how much we truly love and appreciate all he does for our family. We love Daddy more than he will ever know! Daddy is such a special part of our lives and we wouldn't be where we are today without him. Daddy works hard, and makes sacrifices needed to keep us safe and protected, to keep us fed, warm, and healthy. Dad is the protector and the provider of our family. He loves, he cares, he is fun, serious, and silly. He is everything we want in a Daddy. We love you Daddy!! Happy Father's Day!

Sunshine Song!

The only time I can get Kristian to sing this song like a little boy and not like a dinosaur is at bedtime. You can kind of hear his attempt at the second verse...its too cute not to share!

Pony Express Days

Every year Eagle Mountain has their town celebration: "Pony Express Days" There is about a weeks worth of activities and the last weekend is when there is a huge carnival, vendor booths, baby contest, helicopter rides, parade, concerts, etc. It really is a lot of fun. This year I was able to do a Scentsy booth with some good friends. Its always a lot of work, really long days, but its always fun and worth the work. Here is what our booth looked like, for one day at least. Each day we set it up slightly different.
Tamara, Leanne, Amanda... "The Scentsy Girls"

This first picture was of Friday...Kristian and Addison rode the boat ride, and then it started to pour and we got drenched before we could make it to the first open tent area! We sent the kids home after that...the weather was just too crazy!

Saturday: Two pretty princess'.. Addison and Kaylee. This was just after setting up our booth for the day and before we headed over for the parade.

Tamara and her pretty pretty princess!

Addison was so fidgety until the actual parade started..then she found the candy! Between the red rash from the grass on her legs, and the otter-pop, sucker, etc... I couldn't tell what red was from what. She had fun and was so cute!

Army trucks!! This year we focused the event as a "Tribute to the troops"!

Lexie's Graduation- Class of 2009!

WAY TO GO LEXIE!! We had the opportunity to go to Wyoming to attend Lexie's Graduation. As you can see I didn't take my camera with me to the actual graduation, so I'll have to have Mom send me some so that I can get them posted.

The kids had a great time, they didn't sleep well at all!!!!!, but they had fun during the day:
Here is Tiffany and Harley...(married to my brother Brandon).

Here is Uncle Dallin and Kristian, as he enjoys his very own Root Beer like a big boy! He sure does get spoiled at Grandma's and Grandpa's, we don't have Root Beer at our house! (only Diet Coke)

The kids loved playing on the slide too! Kristian mostly went down on his belly backwards, but they really enjoyed the nice, doesn't happen very often, Wyoming weather.

Kristian was loving on the little kitty! I am surprised at how well the cat tolerated Kristian. Seriously he was handling the kitty so rough! He held him by his neck, by his butt, had him upside down.. the kitty just sat there and tolerated it. Poor Kristian would have been scratched to death if not!

Here is little Addison having a great time on the tire swing! She loved this, but didn't like it too much if Uncle Dallin pushed her a little too high!

I really did take more pictures of Kristian, but I'm waiting for Mom to send me the cute pictures of him feeding the horses with Grandpa Brad. They were so cute and the pictures I have just aren't enough. So Mom...email them to me!!! Please!!

Sweet little Addison was so so tired on the trip home. She looked cute as she fell asleep with her headphones on while watching a movie. Thank goodness for DVD players...they make the journey so much easier!
THANK YOU for another wonderful Wyoming weekend! We love you all and we'll see you soon!
