Kristian's Big DATE!

Kristian was one lucky boy today! He got to go on a "Date" with Grandma Cindy, and Papa Tall. (this is what he calls Mark, because he is so tall). They went to see the new movie:

Grandma Cindy, Kristian, Grandpa Tall... what a fun day they had together at the movies! Kristian was so excited and he had such a great time! We love you Mark and Cindy and we appreciate all the love and support you show to our family, and for all the love you have for our sweet children. They love you so much and they are lucky to have such wonderful Grandparents!

Little Piggy's!

These were just too cute not to share! I attempted, and succeeded in giving my sweet little Addison her first pair of pig tails. She is so stinkin' cute! But, I must say that there is something about them that makes her seem so much older and that, I truly don't like. She's already growing up too fast as it is!

Little Addie doesn't give "loves, hugs, or kisses" very well. She is very independent, wants to do it on her own, and "don't touch me... I can do it".. But we have found her weakness: bunny's! Ok..so her baby dolls, Minnie Mouse, Care Bear, etc.. they all get loves and kisses while the rest of us sit on the side lines and take pictures!!

In Loving Memory

Christy Dawn Middleton: July 26,1984 – April 17, 2007
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m Free,
I’m following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard him call,
I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I’ve found my peace at the close of day.

If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah yes, these things I too will miss.

Be not burdened with the times of sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life’s been full, I’ve savored much,
Good friends, good times, a loved ones touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your hearts and share with me,
I’m with God now, I’ve been set Free!

Happy Easter 2009!!

Eagle Mountain East Egg Hunt!
Ok, so I had high hopes for Kristian this year! We even got all the eggs out and practiced racing to get the eggs! The Easter egg hunt at Eagle Mountain is pretty big! In the big open area of the park they have it all marked off in age groups. Kristian was put in the 3-5year old range. When the fire engine blew its horn, the race was on! Kristian was a little overwhelmed and too focused on all the crazy action around him that he lost focus of the task at hand: EGGS!.. So, my dear, sweet little boy only got 1 egg! (I was a little bummed) But.. Kristian had a great time and thats all that matters! I decided not to let Addie race this year. She would have fallen in a different age group, she's too young to really get it, and well... that's it! Here you can see Kristian's area..plenty of eggs to go around, right?!

Addie, Daddy, and Kristian. Jon was working at EMFD that day, but was able to stand with us as Kristian raced for the eggs.

Mommy and her little egg-hunting boy!!

Look at my EGG! I'm the luckiest boy in the world!!

After the race we had to go see the Fire Trucks and make all the other little kids jealous! The first thing Kristian spotted when we got out of the car was the Fire Engine and Ambulance. He definitely has an eye for them.

On Sunday we had the opportunity to go to Grandma and Grandpa Greats house for Easter dinner. Jon had to work, unfortunately, so he wasn't able to come. The kids really enjoyed the trip (as did I) and loved their Easter Treats!

The kids were ready to go, Addie especially...she just wanted to be down and run free! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Great for letting us spend the day with you!

MISSING!! Have You Seen This Child?!

Kristian Jon Middleton, age 3, was last seen entering Salon DiJon on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 @ 5:10pm. He is approximately 3 1/2 feet tall, weighing 35 pounds. He was last seen wearing levi's and a red long sleeved shirt. Witnesses say he was seen entering the facility with his mother and his little sister Addison, but they claim it was a different boy who was seen leaving the building at approximately 5:30pm. Police have no leads other than the following pictures:
BEFORE:

Police have questioned this woman: Jenn Jones... who seems to be a key suspect in the case of the mysterious new child seen leaving the salon with his Mother. "Why are you questioning me? I'm just doing the job that the mother had asked me, and paid me to do! If you want answers you should question his mother!" ..so she claims.

These are the photos provided at the scene of the crime:

In these photo's you can clearly see the boy's appearance being altered... the question that is haunting everyone, is ... WHY?!?

The little boy looks so different here with the extreme alterations to his appearance! Its no wonder why spectators are so concerned and have so many questions!

Here, the little boy seems to feel cool, and confident as he proudly displays his new look!

If you have any information in regards to the "change of identity" of this cute little boy, we ask that you simply post your comments here and the proper action will be taken.
Those of you who loved his long hair: I'm sorry! It will grow back! Those of you who wonder why we would ever let our little boy have long hair: Well, here it is short!

Oh, we can't leave out the little boy's sister Addison.. Seen here she is joyful in being a part of her brother's big transformation!...until its her turn...

Little Addison got her bangs cut...she looks so different, and by this picture, she wasn't so happy about it!

Idaho Trip

About 2 weeks ago (I know I'm late posting this!) ..we had to opportunity to go up to Idaho for Kara's baptism. Jon was left home because of work and school (he was missed) so the kids and I (Jodi and Dallin included) headed to Idaho. It was a fun trip and it was wonderful seeing all the family.
Kara's baptism was beautiful and she looked so cute in her new dress her Mom made for her. She is growing up so fast and I'm so proud of the decisions she is making in her life and the example she is setting for her younger sisters. Good Job Kara!

The cousins had a great time playing with each other. Running around, kicking the soccer ball, playing on the swing set and jumping on the trampoline.!

Spencer and Kristian jumping on the trampoline! Having so much fun!!

Little Addie LOVED the slide!!! She had so much fun! Hopefully we can get them a swing set this summer to put in the back yard.

I think here they found a large earth worm making its way across the grass. Kristian got so close to it at times I thought he was going to eat it! He liked watching it move and make its way into the dirt. Boys and their fascination with creepy crawly things... (the fun I have ahead of me! )
