We thought we would get outside and enjoy the great weather we have and play outside. Our back yard in yet, but we plan to do that next month (finally! Yippie!!!!!). We we went to the park, which it was kind of windy today so we didn't stay very long.. you can see in cute Addison's face how the wind was bugging her!
Kristian found his "Dig Dig" so he calls all construction machines and spent quite a bit of time filling the bucket and dumping it out. Lets say we have some dirt and rock to get out of our yard now, but he did have fun!
Cute little Addison....just hanging out and having a great time!!
We KNOW we don't always have it all together, but we KNOW that TOGETHER we have it ALL.

In Loving Memory!
It's hard to believe that an entire year has gone by! On April 17, 2007, we lost a very dear member of our family. Christy Dawn Middleton(Jon's little sister) passed away at the young age of 22.
We all got together as a family to remember Christy and what she meant to all of us. We planted a tree in the front yard of Mark and Cindy's (Christy's parents) home in loving memory of her. The tree will have beautiful pink blossoms as it grows. Christy LOVED PINK!
Christy also LOVED STARS!! As you can see her beautiful headstone has a wonderful star border that is the exact replica of a tattoo Christy had around her wrist. Whenever you ask Kristian who is in the stars, he is quick to answer "Christy", as we have also taught him "Grandpa Hal" who has also passed. Christy's friends have been great to bring things that remind them of Christy. Some brought little toy "Sleeping Beauty" dolls. Christy loved her princess' and her favorite was "Sleeping Beauty" which is why it is also mention on her headstone.
Later that night we had a huge party and invited all of Christy's friends. Christy was always the life of the party and had more friends than I think she even realized. It was great to see how many came to support the family and spend time together. Here are some very loyal friends who have gotten tattoo's in memory of their dear friend.
All in all it was a great day spent with friends and family! It has been a hard year for everyone, especially Mark and Cindy who had the heartache of losing a child. Our prayers are constantly with them, and the family. We love Christy so much! We miss her daily, but we know that we will be with her forever again someday!

Just Because I Think They're Cute!
I'd like you all the meet Baby Loo Loo! Grandma and Grandpa gave this to Kristian a few months before Addison was born so he too could have his own baby! He doesn't play with her much but at times we put her down for naps, and give her bottles. Here are my boys taking care of their sweet little babies!
This one's great!! When Kristian is at Grandmas he has this thing he does. He puts one of Addison ring-shaped toys, and part of Chloe's old lease over his arms, then he carries around this rake as if its a gun and the things draped over his arms is his armor. Its so funny! We're not even sure where it came from!! (Maybe just watching his Dad and uncles play video games!)
This is Kristian's friend Tairel and here they were feeding each other rice after we'd finished dinner. It was so funny to watch them!

Nail Polish!
In the mornings when Kristian comes into the room, if Addison hasn't waken yet.. I turn on Elmo and go back to sleep! Usually he ends up turning on the lights, the ceiling fan, getting into the bathroom stuff, etc...and I'm up and going for the day!! Today however brought a new adventure. We started Elmo, and like always he watched about 15 minutes of it before getting bored and deciding he needed something more to do. I must have been more asleep than I thought because... I woke up to him saying "mom, mom, mom, mom...." He wanted to show me that he had used my pink fingernail polish to paint the carpet in my room! Yippie!! I had nail polish EVERYWHERE!!!!!
Of course I started to cry.. I cried, then Kristian cried because I think he knew I was upset at him and as I cried Cindy (my mother in law) called and I asked through the tears what could ever possibly get nail polish out of carpet! As I researched in on the internet I'd gotten out a bottle of rubbing alcohol that was one of the suggestions. Little did I realize Kristian had found it and quickly emptied the bottle on himself and on the carpet along side the polish! Stripped him down, put him in the tub and growled in frustration!!
I tried many many things, scrubbed, and cried some more. Finally with a little Goo Gone Extreme, Hairspray, Carpet cleaner, rubbing alcohol, oxyclean and muscle, I was able to get it out! What a way to start the morning!!
Lets not even mention the fact that I now win the "Mother of the Year Award" because in my initial frustration I may have, well I did say "s*#t" and therefore my little boy has a new word added to his vocabulary! Good Job Mom!!! I guess I'll have to find him something new to say to try and replace by wonderful influence.
Now I can only laugh and say that this is sure to be one of the many many adventures this little boy (these kids combined) will bring me.
