Another Day at the ZOO!

Marks work had planned a day at the zoo for all of their families. So we got to spend another fun day at the zoo enjoying the animals! Kristian's favorite by far is the Elephant!! This visit he was able to see and touch a turtle, which he thought was pretty cool! It great to go more than once as different animals are out and about and there are always fun new things to see! Besides the Elephants the train ride and Carousel are also favorites. Even Addison got to ride the Zebra this time! Thanks Mark for letting us come spend the day with you! We had fun!

Time Away!

Aunt Kami was nice enough to let us, and Jon's Family, go and spend some time in her beautiful cabin at Bear Lake. For the most part we simply just enjoyed the peaceful setting and did A LOT of relaxing! We did have fun though and we were able to spend some time at the beach as well.





Addison had the chance and very much enjoyed her very first pancake. At first I don't think she really knew what to think and she spent more time tearing it apart than anything else. Such a cutie!

Bear Lake Fun!!

We only spent one day at the beach, but had a lot of fun! We rented 2 jet-ski's to help us play in the water and I don't think they saw a moments rest! The kids did great too! The instant he was out of the car Kristian was digging in the dirt! He was a lot braver this year and wandered a little deeper into the water (thankfully we had a life-jacket), but he definitely would rather spend his time digging. Addison spent limited time in the water as she quickly found her desire to eat the dirt and lake water! I think we all really enjoyed ourselves!

We have been working on FINALLY getting our back yard done (its not there yet, but close) and Kristian loves to play in the dirt with his "Dig-Dig" we walked in to check on him and found him asleep like this. Too Cute!!

Kristian gets SO excited when Jon gets home! Here you see how he LOVES to dress up like Dad. I looked over to find him wearing Jon's shoes, gloves and hat from his day at the race track. Usually he'll find any of our shoes to wear around the house (even if they are my heels) but today decided to be "Just Like Dad"..
