Say Cheese!

Little Addison Eva all bundled up for a fun-filled day out in the snow!

Kristian was so excited to go out in the snow that he started to get himself ready!

Say Cheese! Addison has been smiling for a few weeks now and it is so sweet! She just lights up whenever someone is around. She loves her big brother and finds he can be quite entertaining and fun to watch!

Kristian really does have so much of his Daddy in him. I have no doubt that Kristian will show possible interest in becoming a firefighter just like his Dad! He loves to wear his hat, drive his firetruck and anytime we see a firetruck or ambuluance on the street or on t.v. he always thinks of Dad! Its so much fun to see how excited he gets when we visit Jon at the fire station. He always knows exactly where to go to see the big red trucks!!!

Another thing in common with his Dad. Kristian loves to play along anytime the boys play video games. He is so fun to watch and gets very animated when "he's playing" too!

SNOW DAY!

Our good friends the Hardmans invited us out for a "Snow Day". There is an amphitheater here in Eagle Mountain that makes for a great snow hill! Kristian went down with Jon only once. He didn't like how the snow blew up in his face as they went down the hill. He was pretty content just hanging out and watching everyone. He loves to be outside even if its very cold.

We had Addison all bundled up and she slept in her stroller the entire time! It was great to have a fun day outside with friends.

Brandis and Tairel. Reaching the top after a long hike up the hill!

Little Boy

Say Cheese! What a funny and silly little boy.

Having fun on his new Firetruck he got for Christmas! The lights and sirens really work and he can actually drive it through the house (that is when we get the right battery for it).

Giving more kisses! Kristian loves to gives kisses, mostly right on her face. He also blows raspberries on her face and hugs her (well, lays on her) all the time!

Kristian likes to rearrange the kitchen chairs to make trucks and trains!

Already keeping up on he brotherly duties of torturing and tormenting his little sister! The fun starts at such an early age!

Sweet little feet!

Look how cute I am in my little Santa Shirt! Celebrating my first Christmas!

Kristian sure does love his little sister! He's always so willing to help!

Kristian with his Grandma and Grandpa on his birthday!

Just Because

Mom is learning to handle both kids at once. What a blessing!

Kristian turned 2 on December 11, 2007. He LOVES balloons and so Jon got him a big Thomas the train balloon. What a hit!

More Birthday Fun! We had a great time! Some family came to the house, we opened presents (Kristian got a new Elmo Laptop, Firetruck and some Clothes), we had cake and icecream and even played Guitar Hero.

Learning to love my new little sister! Being soft and gentle is definitely something we need to work on!

I'm Gonna Give This A Try

So I figure if my family can all do it, why can't I? I feel the need to keep up with them all. I have a cute family too, and this may be the only way I'm going to stay on top of taking, sending and sharing pictures! So, here it goes!

This is the newest member of our family: Addison Eva Middleton
Addison was born November 15, 2007 at Alta View Hospital. She was a little content hanging upside down, so we had to have a c-section. She weighed in at 6 lbs. 12 oz. and 19.5 inches long. What a beautiful addition to our family!

It really took Kristian a little while to warm up to Addison. He was really scared to come in and see Mommy on the bed, with an IV and everything. It wasn't until I shared my popcicle with him that he even came close to me. He is learning to love his new little sister.

This is little Addison ready for her first car ride home.

Grandma and Grandpa visiting at the hospital. Mark, Cindy, Kristian and Addison

Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Middleton (Marks parents Roy and Janice.)

Kristian's little friend Tairel and his mommy Brandis came to visit too!

First week home we had some visiters! Thank you to all who helped me my first few weeks home. It is a learning process and I think someday I'll figure out how to better manage two kids!

Heather and Drew and girls were down for Thanksgiving and was nice enough to go out of their way, traveling to the middle of nowhere, to Eagle Mountain to see us. Thank You!
